My 1st Post ...LALA CHONG SEAFOOD RESTAURANT@KAYU ARA DAMANSARA & ARA DAMANSARA

Lala Chong Seafood Restaurant got a branch. The Head Quarter was located at Kayu Ara Damansara and the branch was located at Ara Damansara.

Our mistake which make our 1st visit to Lala Chong which at Ara Damansara branch.


Actually our planning is to go to the HQ. However, one of my friends have make the mistake where she sent the ara damansara to the other friend and caused us have to go to Ara Damansara from Kayu Ara Damansara.

The dishes we had ordered for that day in the restaurant at Ara Damansara.
The most famous dish-上汤啦啦(Lala Soup)
If you came to LALA CHONG but you didn't order this dish, you will sure regret on it. The lala is fresh and big. The soup is the main character. It's full of freshness and sweetness of the lala.
那个汤是一绝,汤里充满了啦啦的甜和鲜。加了点酒下去煮,提出鲜甜的味道。。去走腥味。。。酒下的刚刚好。。一点也没掩过鲜味。
咸蛋黄炒蟹 (Salty Egg Yolk Fried Crab)
For me, if eat seafood, we must order crab. The crabs are fresh, the taste also not bad but a bit oily for me.
The oil taste and the salty egg yolk taste a bit over the crab's taste.

We eat eat eat until i forgotten to take the individual photo for these dishes.
I prefer the creamy crab with mantou as the creamy sauce full of the crab taste and once you dip the mantou into it. It's just nice. The mantou's texture is soft and fine.
The Soya Sauce Fried Tiger Prawn also NOT BAD. The prawn IS FRESH...
The belacan fried ba ku vege very nice and tasty.
雪山飞狐 (Salt Roasted Fish)
It's strongly recommended by the staff there, however we can't really feel the taste as once we finished the fish, we only noticed that how it should be eat。。。 no matter what, the fish is fresh...
